About

1. Dr. Neeraj Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computing & Electrical Engineering (SCEE), Indian Institute of Technology Mandi. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Guwahati in 2025 and his master’s degree (MS-R) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Ropar. His doctoral research focused on the design and analysis of routing protocols for Payment Channel Networks (PCNs) in blockchain systems, with emphasis on scalability, concurrency, and security of off-chain transactions. Dr. Sharma’s research interests include blockchain networks, distributed systems, payment channel networks, routing algorithms, wireless sensor networks, and network security.
