1. Dr. Pavan Reddy is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computing and Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, and his doctoral thesis, titled "System Level Modelling and Performance Enhancements for 4G and 5G Systems," was honored with the IEEE GraTE7 Best Ph.D. Thesis Award in 2022. Prior to joining IIT Mandi, he served as Principal Architect at WiSig Networks Pvt. Ltd. from 2018 to 2025, contributing significantly to the design and development of 4G and 5G cellular systems. His research interests include signal processing for wireless communications, scheduler designs for cellular technologies, massive MIMO and beamforming, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces, and machine learning applications in wireless systems.
