About

Dr. Bikram Paul is working as an Assistant Professor at IIT Mandi, in the School of Computing and Electrical Engineering (SCEE). He is a former Assistant Professor at BITS Pilani Goa in the EEE Department. Before joining BITS he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany, on the SoC hardware accelerator for memory management systems for AI-powered autonomous vehicles. He completed his PhD degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. He received BTech and MTech degrees from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Agartala. His research interests include VLSI circuit design for IoT applications, quantum electronics circuit design, Hardware Security, Post Quantum Cryptography, Secure Hardware Accelerator for SoC, Quantum Computing, Secure ML architecture for cloud computing, Secure Biomedical IoT Architecture, etc. His research works have been published in several IEEE Transactions and other reputed journals and international conferences. He also worked on a joint international project with the India-Czech Republic to develop smart contactless fencing. Before joining IIT Guwahati, he was a visiting lecturer at the Tripura Institute of Technology.
